Crystal Healing
Likely much to your surprise, healing with crystals is not a brand new fad or new agey thing. In fact healing with crystals first began in the stone age or prehistoric era. You can find stories of the healing power of stones in almost every culture, tradition and era including India, Greece, Rome, Arabia, and Egypt. Each one speaks to the healing, power and transformation qualities of crystals. Even our modern world runs on crystal power. Our watches, phones, computers, and even traffic lights work because of crystal energy!
So how does Crystal Healing work? Science tells us everything in our world is made of energy. Every crystal has its own unique energetic frequency or impulse. This impulse is received by our energy body and is used to influence or effect change. If a crystal is the “wrong frequency” for us we are either not attracted to it or we do not draw in its frequency.
In a Crystal Healing typically you lie comfortably on a massage table and a practitioner will intuitively choose crystals to place on and around the body. The healing process is usually very peaceful and relaxing but occasionally you may experience emotional releases. Your practitioner is trained to compassionately support you in your unique healing process. Energy healing work often is a beautiful complement to any Crystal Healing session.
