I am honored to be a practitioner here at Muktinath Holistic Center. Reiki found its way into my life while on my own journey to self healing. I had my first experience with Reiki in 2014, but it wasn't until after the birth of my daughter that I realized I needed more than just therapy in my life. I suffered from postpartum depression and anxiety and was needing extra support.

After taking my first Reiki class, I couldn't get enough and became a Reiki Master in 2020 as well as a Karuna Level ll practitioner. I am also a member of the Wendat Nation and choose to honor my ancestors by helping others on their healing journey.

I have always felt connected to our Mother Earth and now have a way to deepen our connection further.
