I work in the space where spirit meets the physical body, guiding the body, emotions, and energy field back into balance. Along side energy work, I work with plant allies to support the body in remembering its natural state of harmony. I tune into the patterns the body holds, gently guiding them back into alignment and presence. This work bridges the unseen and the tangible, and it flows through my work as the founder of Browshaping, where beauty is a vibration, a conscious expression of self, and a vibration made visible.
