MINDFULNESS is a fantastic opportunity for teens to explore the many benefits of practicing mindfulness. Teens will learn to tell the difference between their emotions and others emotions. When teens learn to apply mindfulness they are more resilient to the stressors of life. They will learn skills to help them stay in the moment, rediscover the playfulness of childhood and techniques to help them grow into emotionally balanced adults. Mindfulness is a tool to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression. The teens will explore this through interactive exercises and meditation.
