We all carry tension and stress in our bodies. Why not take the time out to learn about how to decrease your overall stress level, reduce discomfort and create an overall calming and soothing effect on your nervous system? You will learn breathing techniques to enhance the experience, as well as connect, disconnect, or balance some of the Chakras directly connected to specific areas in your body. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and more connected to yourself! In this one and a half hour workshop we will explore how the ROLL MODEL METHOD® teaches you to be a student of your body.
Tammy Gruber is the owner of A Wellness Life, a body, mind, and soul studio where she shares her love of Pilates, Yoga Tune up® and the Roll Model Method®. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Tune Up® teacher and Roll Model Method® Practitioner. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years and fuses her work with her Personal Training background as well and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
